Contact Delta
Provide the property address, approximate project date, and a short description of what you have observed.
Our standard masonry workmanship warranty is 3-year. The final warranty for your project is the written coverage stated in your signed estimate and completion documents.
A clear project record helps us identify the covered scope and determine the right next step. A warranty request does not require you to diagnose the cause yourself.
Provide the property address, approximate project date, and a short description of what you have observed.
Include the estimate or completion paperwork and clear photos of the affected area when they are available.
We compare the concern with the approved scope, written terms, and known adjacent conditions documented for the project.
When an on-site review is needed, Delta schedules access, identifies the cause, and explains whether the condition is covered.
Covers defects in Delta's masonry workmanship and installation for covered repairs, including tuckpointing, brick replacement, and standard chimney masonry work.
Some project components may carry different coverage. Crowns, caps, flashing, drainage, coatings, or specialty materials are covered only as written in your project documents.
If you believe a covered repair has failed, contact us with photos and your project information. We review the issue and schedule an inspection when needed.
The applicable warranty period and start date are stated in the signed estimate or completion documents for the project. Those written documents control the coverage.
Contact Delta with your name, property address, project date, a description of the concern, and clear photographs if available. We will review the project record and arrange an inspection when needed.
No. Water can enter through roofing, flashing, gutters, windows, adjacent walls, drainage conditions, or masonry outside the repaired scope. Coverage depends on the cause and the written work included in your project.
Third-party work, coatings, impact, or alterations that damage or change the covered repair may fall outside the warranty. Contact Delta before modifying an area that is still under written coverage.
The warranty does not cover unrelated building movement, settlement, hidden structural defects, new water entry from roofs or gutters, ice damming, neglected maintenance, impact damage, improper third-party work, or owner-applied sealers/coatings that trap moisture.
Masonry is part of a larger building envelope. We document known adjacent risks, such as failing crowns, missing flashing, drainage issues, or deteriorated unrepaired walls, so you can make informed maintenance decisions.
Call us with your estimate or project paperwork and we will confirm the written terms for your specific job.
